New Property Forum Launched
31/03/10Retail Birmingham has launched a new Property Forum to bring together property owners and managing agents with interests in the Retail BID area.
Headed up by Richard Norgrove, Retail Birmingham Board member and Property Director at Hortons’ Estate, the Forum will hold quarterly meetings over the next 12 months.
Speaking about the launch of the Forum, Richard said:
“Birmingham’s retail sector has gone from strength to strength over the past decade, with leading developments such as Bullring and The Mailbox spearheading the renaissance of the city centre and complementing the existing retail offer along New Street.
“The Retail Birmingham BID represents the voice of the retail sector in the city centre, and with the development of New Street Station and additional plans for the continued transformation of the city’s retail area, the new Property Forum will enable us to engage with and consult property professionals from across the UK on a whole range of initiatives and projects taking place in Birmingham.”
