Bull Ring is a fast paced, high turnover store with a £multi million turnover as well as a large team and management structure. Successful candidates will need to be a Store Manager in a flagship/high turnover store currently.

They are seeking a full time manager for the Birmingham store with an immediate start.

They have a fun product and are looking for a bright, dynamic team leader who will enjoy interacting with customers, increasing sales, and motivating a small team with a high degree of autonomy.

You must have minimum 3 years retail management experience, excellent command of spoken and written English, a creative bent and lots of initiative. You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of retail merchandising and be equally at home keeping order on the shop floor.

Salary will be £15 000 – £17 000 pa plus a performance related bonus. Role initially for a one year contract, with potential for renewal subject to performance.
