Chinese New Year Celebrations

Birmingham’s Chinese community will be celbrating the start of Chinese New year on Sunday 10th February. A spectacular aftenoon of free entertainment kicks off at 12pm at the Arcadian with the sound of firecrackers and the traditional Dragon Dance. The day will continue with acrobatic performances by the Bai-Ling Chinese Acrobatics Co Ltd (UK), traditional dances by children from the Overseas Chinese Association School and Birmingham Chinese School and the Birmingham Chinese Society Karoake Group who will be in full voice.
