The BID is delivered by Retail Birmingham Limited, Company Number 6181225, a new not for profit company with a Board of 22, led by a private sector chairperson and comprising a majority of private sector representatives as follows:

The City Centre Director is responsible to the Board for managing the implementation of BID Projects and supported by members of the existing City Centre Management Team and three additional BID funded posts designed to strengthen marketing, operations and business support activities.
